Placing Orders Online

Browse through our products. Once you find an item you would like to purchase, please follow these simple steps: 
The product is listed in the fabric that has worked best for that item under Available Colors*:
Step 1
Select the Make payments with PayPal - it's fast, free and secure! button associated with the item. This will open a new Secure Window in PayPal where you can adjust quantities, remove items, continue shopping or checkout.
Step 2
    Pick the color you want, click the tab:
Choose Color:
If you're in a hurry, you must choose Any in Stock option. These items are available in limited quantities & colors will vary. If we have the  "IN STOCK" item, we will ship your order within 2 business days. Any "IN STOCK" item can be returned for a refund within 30 days, less a 20% restocking fee.
If we don't have this item "IN STOCK",  we will contact you to see if you want us to make it for you. If you choose a color or the item that specifies Size: Made to measure, it may take from 2 to 6 weeks to make, because they are " MADE TO ORDER", hand crafted by hand, one at a time.
Because we're a Custom canvas Shop, most items are not "IN STOCK", but are "MADE TO ORDER".  You can have any item made with any fabric & color you want listed on our COLORS page. You can also request fabrics or colors not listed here. There are numerous number of fabrics & hardware we have access to, however there may be limited availability & minimums may apply. Please contact us if what you are looking for is not shown here.

Anything on the CUSTOM pages, TENTS, TARPS, BANNERS, & COVERS are  " MADE TO ORDER".

We require a daytime phone number for all "MADE TO ORDER" items. We may call you to verify your information, to make sure we are building the product you need. "MADE TO ORDER" items can't be returned for refund. This also includes anything that has been silk screened or embroidered.
Embroidery & Silk screening and are available upon request.  Because these are "MADE TO ORDER", we will give you a time and cost bid. It takes a minimum 2 weeks for this service.

Types of Payments Accepted

Official PayPal Seal -- Hoggan's Custom Canvas & Leather is PayPal VerifiedHoggan's utilizes PayPal to process on-line payments. This allows us to focus our attention on our products! We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, and eCHECK payments.
We can also send you an email invoice through PayPal. This works great for "MADE to ORDER" products. It's fast & accurate.

We also accept payment by check or money orders from USA customers only. Please add products to cart and print out the page. Be sure add shipping charges (will be calculated when you click "Check Out") or calculate using our Shipping Chart below.

Shipping Information

We ship orders via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. "IN STOCK" orders are shipped the next business day.                 Custom orders may take up to 6 weeks, because these are "MADE to ORDER".
Tents and Tarps are charged actual freight charges plus a $5.00 handling charge. We will charge this separately once your order has been shipped. We will email you the tracking number when your item is shipped.  If you have not received your order in 13 business days please contact us.
Our shipping charges are for the continental USA & are based on the weight & value or your order total. Orders are shipped from Rupert, Idaho   USA. These prices are approximate.

Once an order is shipped, approximate transit times to most major USA cities, rural areas may take longer.

Western Part of the United States -- 1- 4 Business Days
Central Part of the United States -- 2-5 Business Days
Eastern Part of the United States -- 5-7 Business Days
Shipping outside the United States will be decided on an per order basis; you will be charged the additional shipping charges separately, as soon as we have determined the cost. We will then notify you of the total via email, at which time an additional payment will then need to be sent via PayPal.

Tax Charges

Our business is operated in Idaho. All in-state orders will be charged Idaho Sales Tax of 6 %.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. What is posted is the most current prices available.


All of our fabric is First Quality. We stand behind our products 100%. Because we have no control over how our products are used, we have a limited warranty against material and manufacturing defects. If an item is defective on our part we will repair or replace (our option) the item free.
Non warranty repairs will be charged a fair price for materials and labor used. Any item returned for repair must be cleaned before we receive it. Most items can be cleaned in luke warm water, then line dried. Some dry cleaners do a good job. We also can clean these items for you for a nominal fee, based on how soiled the item is. This takes an extra week minimum for this service.
Since no product is indestructible, our warranty doesn't cover normal wear & tear, abuse, neglect, misuse, modifications, accidents, machine washed, or machine dried. If you are dissatisfied please contact us so that we may assist you on the return of the merchandise.
 We are a custom canvas shop. Most items we make are "MADE to ORDER". We do not allow returns on special or custom orders.
We encourage you to inspect the contents of the package as soon as the order is delivered to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 30-Day Guarantee Period.
We will be unable to issue any type of refund after the 30-Day Guarantee Period has expired. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return of the products is the customer responsibility.
Refunds or credit will be issued after we have received your returned order and inspect it for damage. If an order is lost in transit. The freight/postal company must acknowledge that the order is lost. At that time we will refund or replace the order at our discretion. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
